I’m Tee, an Aboriginal woman from Toowoomba, Queensland, and a proud member of the Kullilla Tribe from the Thargomindah and Eulo region. My professional foundation was shaped by my service in the Navy, where I developed a disciplined, accountable, and teamwork-driven approach to leadership. My time in Defence instilled strong operational standards, resilience, and a commitment to excellence that I carry into every aspect of my work.

Building on this experience, I bring several years of senior HR & administration expertise, providing strong leadership and operational oversight within the trades and maintenance sector. I specialise in coordination, structure, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

I am the Founding Director of Yumba Projects, an Aboriginal-owned contracting company that brings together skilled trades to deliver reliable, high-quality services. I am deeply committed to creating culturally respectful and inclusive workplaces for both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people.

My vision is to grow a trusted trade services provider that delivers long-term employment opportunities and creates positive outcomes for the community.
